According to the Revised Town Ordinances, Chapter 1, Section 1. Meetings. “Regular meetings of the Board of Selectpersons shall be held twice monthly. The day of the month and time of day of such regular meetings for the ensuing year shall be determined at the organizational meeting.
Meetings may be called by the Chairperson, Town Manager, or by three members of the Board of Selectpersons.
Notice of such meetings shall be given to the members as they shall have determined by vote at the organizational meeting otherwise by reasonable notice to all members, the Town Manager and local media.
A regular meeting may be changed by vote of the Board of Selectpersons at a prior regular meeting providing that notice of said change be posted and recorded in the minutes at least seven (7) days before the regularly scheduled meeting.”
