Asking Rumford Citizens for Help!
In order to get grant funding for upgrades to the Sewer District. Please send back the survey that was sent to your residence. If you did not receive one feel free to send me a message and I will make sure you get one.
he District mailed out a total 848 surveys to the three towns (per the required methodology) and have received back a total of 368 to date. I am asking if you can help get the word out to your rate payers who may have received a survey to please fill them out and return them as soon as possible. Below is additional information and why it is so important! Thanks!
The deadline was supposed to be October 1st but I was told today the drop dead date is the 15th. We have until October 31st to tabulate and certify the data, or we will miss application deadline for this year and will have to wait and complete it next year.
If we file on time this year, we have potential to be awarded $1MM and can re-apply next year for an additional $1MM without having to re-do the survey.

If you lost copy of the survey please call 364-7225. They were allowed to send out a certain amount of Random Surveys so they would be allowed to replace it if you lost yours. misplaced please call 364-7225 to the Sewer District for a copy.
