REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
SITE SALE AND REDEVELOPMENT
Town of Rumford will be accepting proposals for the redevelopment of Town property located at 35 Congress St and shown on Map 121 Lot 043, Map 121 Lot 042 and Map 121 Lot 038 of the Town tax maps (“the property”) along with all rights and interest in the land at the same location(s).
All inquiries concerning the request for proposals should be addressed to George O’Keefe, Economic Development Director for the Town of Rumford, at (207) 364-4576 ext #243, or via e-mail at gokeefe@rumfordme.org and be received no later than 4:00 pm on Friday October 13, 2023.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “35 Congress Street RFP” to the Attn: Town Manager, Town of Rumford, 145 Congress Street, Rumford, ME 04276 by 1:00 pm, Monday, October 16, 2022. Proposals will be reviewed by the Board of Selectpersons within 30 days of the submission deadline. The Board of Selectpersons reserves the right to ask further questions, request additional information and conduct interviews at their own discretion.
