There is a large crane on Congress Street to do repairs on the Clock Tower as it has been leaking. You will be able to get to Dunkin Donuts but to come down Congress Street you will have to use River Street. All business’ will be accessible. To access the Town Office use River Street there is an elevator to get you to the first floor.
