Previously issued decals will expire on December 31, 2019.
The Northern Oxford Regional Solid Waste Facility Transfer Station requires legal residents who are property owners to show a transfer station decal when dropping off items. Guidelines and fees for the disposal of various types of waste are available at rumfordme.org. Transfer Station stickers are available at the Rumford Town Office at no cost to legal residents who are property owners. Please provide your license plate number and make of vehicle.
