Poland Spring Community Benefit Fund
Organizations should provide a concept proposal and reasons for consideration.
The mission of the Fund is to accept and invest donations from Blue Triton made pursuant to the Community Benefits Agreement and use the interest from such investments to fund community projects that benefit Rumford, such as but not limited to source water protection, health, and welfare and recreation.
The committee shall manage the Fund only in a manner that is consistent with prudent investing principles. All activities of the committee shall be subject to audit by the Town Auditor.
Applications are available at the Town Managers Office and online at Rumfordme.org, must be received at the Town Manager’s Office, 145 Congress Street, Rumford, Maine 04276 or by deadline of: 1:00 p.m., August 31st, 2024.
