Request for Proposal
The Town of Rumford is requesting proposals for bids on maintenance repairs and painting of the Municipal Building clock tower, painting of peeling areas on building exterior, and repairing and painting a water damaged ceiling in the Rumford Falls Auditorium that needs:
Scaffolding for the repair
Caulk and seal transition areas of clock tower
Repair sheetrock in Auditorium ceiling
Scrape and painting of auditorium ceiling and beam.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 1 p.m. on May 17th, 2021. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Auditorium / Clock Tower Painting Bid”. No faxes or e-mails will be accepted.
