Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Officers will hold a Dangerous Building Hearing on November 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rumford Falls Auditorium of the Municipal Building to determine whether the building located at:
551 Prospect Avenue, Rumford, Maine 04276, Map 124 Lot 120 is dangerous or a nuisance.
20 Byron Street, Rumford Maine 04276, Map 113 Lot 279 is dangerous or a nuisance.
The properties are of the current Tax Maps of the Town of Rumford, Maine on file at 145 Congress Street, and is a dangerous or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 M.R.S.A. § 2851.
